At Outset Law, the firm is designed to work for the lawyer.

We offer a strong, transparent fee split that rewards the work you do, reasonable billable hour expectations without constant pressure, the flexibility to work how you want to work, and the ability to take real time off — including holidays and family time — without penalty.

This is not about working less. It is about working better.

We practice in parenting disputes, financial support, property and asset division, and complex matters involving high conflict or significant assets. We are deliberate about the work we take on. When matters escalate, you are supported — leadership is present, accountability is clear, and strategy is shared.
